The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has approved the following health claims for the ingredients in Calcium +D3:
- Calcium helps slow down the loss of bone minerals in postmenopausal women—low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic fractures.
- Calcium and vitamin D may reduce loss of bone minerals in postmenopausal women.

- Vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal bones and teeth.
- Vitamin D reduces the risk of falls associated with muscle weakness and impaired balance—falls are a risk factor for bone fractures in individuals over 60.

Usage
Dosage:
- Ages 3–9: 1 tablet per day
- Over 9 years: 2 tablets per day
