Chromium
Glucovita contains 100 μg of clinically tested, standardized, and well-absorbing chromium (ChromeMate®). Relying on broad scientific evidence, The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has admitted two official health claims to chromium, according to which chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Mate
Glucovita supplement also contains mate extract made from the leaves of the South African mate tree (Ilex paraguariensis). Mate is known for being one of the main ingredients of a popular herbal infusion, but mate extract is also used in many nutritional supplements. Mate supports weight management and the breakdown of lipids.
Oat Straw Extract
Our carefully selected mixture of ingredients contains also mineral-rich oat straw extract (Avena
sativa) that intensifies the feeling of being full after eating, which is of help when managing your weight. In addition, oat straw extract supports the normal functioning of the digestive system.
Bladderwrack
The product contains seaweed extract made from bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus). The extract contains a standardized amount of fucoxanthin (100 μg). Fucoxanthin is a carotenoid that has antioxidant properties. Bladderwrack helps to feel full after eating and thus helps weight management.
Cinnamon
One of the ingredients of Glucovita nutritional supplement is cinnamon extract, made from the popular spice (Cinnamomum cassia). Cinnamon helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels.
Guarana
Glucovita contains Guarana extract made from the South African Guarana tree (Paullinia cupana). The extract contains a standardized amount of 18 mg of caffeine. Guarana is known for its beneficial effects on lipid metabolism, supporting weight management.

The product contains a safe amount of nutrients that support the normal functioning of metabolism, maintenance of normal glucose levels, and weight management. This supplement contains a safe amount of chromium which is essential for the body and also safe plant and seaweed extracts.
However, there are a few issues one should consider before using the product. Mate and Guarana extracts have possible stimulating effects. Glucovita contains 18 mg of caffeine, meaning one should not use it before bedtime.
If you use other chromium supplements, make sure that your daily intake of chromium does not exceed the safe daily amount which is 250 μg.
